| Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling Charges: We ship motorcycles all over the country; however I can not make the arrangements for you. I can provide you with names and numbers of companies that I have used and continue to use and will assist where I can but the arrangements and details have to be made by you. It is a liability thing
We have zero control over shipping charges and time frames. That will be between you and the shipper of your choice
Shipment By Common Carrier: We ship motorcycles via common carrier. We send out paperwork and titles via Fedex Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.
Delivery Time: Allow 10-14 business days for delivery of motorcycles in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.

Returns and Exchanges
General: Due to the nature of the beast all vehicles will be sold as is where is, no warranty expressed written or implied with the exception of any remaining factory warranty as provided by the factory.
Original deposits are not refundable. Once you have committed to purchase a motorcycle we remove that motorcycle from the market. The deposit will be used to offset any costs incurred by us and any devalueation in the market
We strive to accurately describe our vehicles, Bike Shall and Will Be Made Available For Inspection To Either The Bidder Or Bidders Agent Anytime.

Sales Tax
There is no sales tax in the State of Oregon, Buyer will be responsible for Sales tax and all licensing and registration fees that are charged in their home state.

Payment Methods
Bank to Bank wire transfers or Cashiers Check from a major institution are the preferred methods of payment. No Paypal, No Credit Cards.
I will only accept bank to bank wire transfers from international buyers. No Exceptions
