 Great guy. Fred, I just wanted to thank you for all the help. My bike was sitting the entire winter and the battery had completely discharged. His workshop is a mile away and I told him that i can drop the bike there. He offered me to pick the bike from my place in his trailer. Wonderful gesture. The battery was dead and had to be replaced. He worked on my bike as per the schedule. When I went to pick the bike, he did not charge a dime for replacing the battery - though I asked him several times. Amazed with this customer dealing. I would suggest this place to all my friends.

 I buy V-RODs on a regular bases in the US and most dealers have all sorts of add on fees but not Fred. Bought a VRSCF of Fred with very low miles and a great price.
